Returns & Complaints

To make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Write us a message to the address shop@naviteam.eu with information about the problem you are struggling with. You can also use the form on our website for this purpose www.naviteam.eu/kontakt/
The message should contain
the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number and description of the problem, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.
Our technicians will try to solve your problem remotely and if this is not possible, they will ask you to return the goods .

2. Returning the product
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the invoice purchase.

3. Shipment
The advertised product should be sent to the following address:

Return of goods
In accordance with the applicable by law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the goods purchased from us. Fill in the necessary statement and send it to our address together with the returned product (s):

Also attach to the package with the statement and the returned product / products all accessories received with him / her and receipt or invoice.
